Our History Is Our Family

Mr. J. H. Locklear, a Native American from Lumberton, NC, founded Locklear Roofing in 1980 on sound business principles by providing a quality product on time and delivering excellent customer service from beginning to end.

Now, 40 years later, his daughter Jackie continues to manage the company along with her son, Joshua, the company's operations manager. Together with the rest of the Locklear team, Locklear Roofing is qualified to provide any type of turnkey roofing service whether it is shingles, rubber or metal, on time and under budget.

Locklear Roofing is a 100% woman-owned, minority-owned and HUB-certified business.
